Hey everyone happy Wednesday ,it makes me sad to think it`s only the middle of the week I am so ready for the weekend , but what better way to cheer ourself up than talking about makeup. In today’s post I will be walking you through my go to makeup look for the fall. This is basically what I go for when I don`t want to fuss with my makeup.
After applying my moisturizer I use a bit of the Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting primer (38$) mainly on my T-zone and a bit on my cheeks to help my makeup stay on longer. This product also has a lovely texture that helps my foundation look so much smoother. For my foundation I use the Too Faced Born This way Foundation (shade Porcelain 39$) and I also add either a drop of the Kiehl`s Daily Reviving Concentrate (46$) or half a pump of the Clarins True Radiance foundation (shade sand 108). I do this to both lighten up the coverage of the Born This Way as well as to add some extra moisture. The way I like to apply my foundation is with a Beauty Blender (20$) I find that it gives a beautiful flawless but still light look to the skin.
While my base sets I move on to my brows which I usually just brush through with the Essence Make Me Brow (2.99$). I have quite thick eyebrows so they don`t need filling in but I do want to keep them in place so that is more the purpose of the brow gel.
For my eyes I have been loving the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette (49$). It`s a great one for all year round but the shades go especially well in the fall time. For everyday I do a very simple eye . I start off with White Chocolate as my base than I add a bit of Milk Chocolate in my crease, I like to darken up my outer corner with Semi-Sweet which I also smudge in my lash line. If I am feeling a mat look I finish it up with Salted Caramel , if I want a bit of shimmer my favorite is Marzipan .
Going back to my base I now like to cover any spots or discoloration with the Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer (shade 4 flesh 34$). And for under my eyes I use another Make Up For Ever concealer the Ultra HD (shade Y21 27$) . I do set my under eye with my Chanel Les Beiges Powder (shade 10 58$).
My mascaras tend to variate, right now I am using the Benefit Roler Lash (24$), and since I love big lashes I like to do two layers of it.
To finish everything off I set my face with my MAC Fix+ (23$) and that is about it. This look takes me 15 to 20 min to do or even less if I am in a hurry which I think is a decent amount of time for an everyday look. I hope you have enjoyed this post and I will talk to you again on Friday!!!
