Beauty Tips From Around The World

Home beauty remedies are not a new concept we all use them, but there are so many more tips and tricks out there. I find fascinating the different beauty treatments women around the world use so I tought I wold share some of them with you. Enjoy!!!

1 Tea Tree Oil For Dandruff

If you too struggle with dandruff and dry itchy scalp , Australians have a tip for you. Try adding a couple drops of tea tree oil into your shampoo. The oil will not only moisturize your scalp but it also has antiseptic capabilities which will help with your dandruff. Tea tree oil is also said to promote hair growth. There are tea tree oil shampoos (The Body Shop has one) on the market if you are feeling lazy.

2 Aloe For Shiny Hair

Aloe vera

Keeping with the hair tips , this next tip is coming to you from the Philippines. If you have ever seen a Philippine woman you know they have absolutely gorgeous hair so If it`s good enough for them it`s good enough for me. What they do is take a aloe leaf , squeeze the juice out and massage it into their hair length. If you don`t have a aloe plant, you should look into getting one it seriously has so many uses or you can just buy aloe gel from a pharmacy.

3 Papaya For Radiant Skin

Another country with amazingly beautiful women is Singapore , and this next tip comes straight from them. To be honest I never really tought about using papaya for beauty treatments but the more I looked into it the more I discovered the countless benefits of this amazing fruit.  The alpha hydroxyl acids in it help dissolve dead skin cells to prevent signs of aging, vitamins C and E in papaya rejuvenate the skin .The papain enzyme has skin-cleansing properties that help get rid of clogged pores. This helps prevent acne and pimples.

4 Turmeric for Younger Brighter Skin

Turmeric root and powder

Indian women use haldi/ turmeric paste as a beauty ritual before their wedding to get a glowing healthy look to their skin. As it contains many antioxidants, it is also great for aging skin. It helps stimulate new cell growth and help keep the skin’s elasticity intact.

5 Oatmeal Baths for Dry Skin

Another miracle food is oatmeal. I am sure you already know oats are a great nutrition way to start your days off but you might not know all their beauty benefits. The ancient Romans discovered the benefits of oat baths , just get a muslin cloth put in some rolled oats ,tie it up and put it in your hot bath water. The oat bath acts as a natural moisturizer by removing the dead skin cells. It contains beta-glucan that forms a fine film on your skin as well as penetrates deep into the skin to provide much-needed deep moisture to your skin. It enhances wound healing and shallow abrasions and improves collagen deposition and activation of immune cells within the skin.

I wold love to hear what home reamedies you enjoy doing at home.

    1. Yeah I hadn`t heard about it either, but after researching for this post I tried it ( I always have some for pimples) and I did see a difference. I can`t say I had that big an issue with dandruff but what I did have went away.

    1. Thank you so much for your comment , the reason I chose to talk about the aloe treatment was because it was something I had never heard before , coconut oil has been very popular as a treatment in the western countries for a while now.

  1. Great post! I love Tea Tree Oil!! It’s great for acne as well. I have heard of the aloe and turmeric for the skin but have yet to try it. I will definitely give the Aloe a try for the dry scalp! Thanks!
